I spent most of my life not having the right language for what was happening in my own brain and body. Certain environments undid me. I felt things more intensely than most people around me seemed to. I didn't have a framework for any of it.
I just white-knuckled through.
Today I help women and girls with ADHD understand what is happening beneath the surface, so that daily life feels steadier, more connected, and less like something to be survived.
This questionnaire is what I wish I'd had earlier. Not a diagnosis. Not a fix. A starting point for understanding yourself, with practical tools to make the day-to-day more manageable and a lot less guessing.
