Family-Centred Occupational Therapy for ADHD Girls

Delivered via telehealth.

ADHD in girls is often misunderstood. It can show up as masking, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or quiet pressure to cope.

Our work starts with awareness. We help her understand her nervous system and guide you to respond with clarity and confidence. From that foundation, she can build confidence, resilience, and the skills she needs to thrive while staying true to who she is.

This consultation focuses on supporting you as a parent or caregiver. It does not replace direct assessment or therapy services for your child.

Bookings are intentionally limited each term due to high demand.

To book your consultation, you’ll first complete a short intake form. Once submitted, you’ll be taken directly to choose your session time.

Direct 1:1 Occupational Therapy

A limited number of individual therapy appointments are available each term for families requiring direct occupational therapy intervention.

These sessions are appropriate where clinical assessment or ongoing therapeutic input is required.

Availability is dependent on suitability and scheduling capacity.
