OUR SERVICES
Our telehealth occupational therapy meets you wherever you feel most comfortable - Australia-wide.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
-
OT at ADHD & Her supports women, girls and gender diverse people to thrive in the everyday roles that matter most, whether that’s parenting, learning, working, managing a household, or caring for your mental health.
If you’ve recently been diagnosed, or you're starting to wonder if you're neurodivergent, occupational therapy can help you understand your unique brain and body, and guide your next steps with calm, clarity, and confidence.
We offer a range of popular programs designed to support areas like emotional regulation, sensory processing, and executive functioning. But therapy doesn’t need to follow a set script. Your OT sessions can be tailored to what matters most to you and the challenges and goals that feel most important in this stage of life.
We take a holistic approach. That means looking at your sensory profile, executive function, emotional regulation, daily routines, and how you move through the world, to offer strategies that truly fit your life.
-
Sessions are billed privately at a rate of $205.00 per hour.
You may be eligible for a rebate through your private health fund. Please check with your provider to confirm your level of occupational therapy cover.
A summary of fees is available upon enquiry or at the time of booking.
-
All appointments are offered via telehealth using a secure online platform. You can attend from the comfort of your home, your car, your lunch break, or anywhere you feel most at ease.
Telehealth removes the stress of travel, supports access across Australia, and helps you save energy for the things that matter to you most. It also allows us to reach more women in regional and remote areas who may not have easy access to services or who have been placed on long waitlists.
