Professional learning and parent sessions · Sydney in person, online Australia-wide
One team around one child.
That is the whole philosophy. Practical, evidence-informed sessions for your parent community and your staff, from an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist who works alongside teachers in primary and high school classrooms, and who deeply respects what educators carry.
Two ways to work together.
A parent evening. "Getting Your ADHD Child Ready for High School": a practical session for your parent community, funded by the school or P&C. Parents leave with strategies they can start that week, and with language that makes their next conversation with your staff easier, not harder.
Staff professional learning. A twilight or PD session on supporting ADHD learners through the transition years: what the research says, what supports to explore in a busy classroom, and how to make adjustments stick without adding to teacher load.
Why an OT, and why this OT
Occupational therapy sits exactly where school readiness lives: executive function, regulation, organisation, independence. I've worked inside schools, so my sessions are built with teachers, not aimed at them. Parents leave my sessions understanding the school's side better, and staff leave with strategies that fit real classrooms. Everyone rows the same direction.
