1:1 High School Planning Sessions · Telehealth, Australia-wide

YOU DON’T HAVE TO FIGURE THIS OUT ALONE.

Sessions are for parents and carers, over telehealth. No waiting rooms, no pulling your child out of school, and space for you to speak freely.

Sound familiar?

The report card. Not reaching their full potential" or "Distraction to self and others...", and nobody hands you the next step.

The homework standoff. They can’t start, can’t finish, and you’re both in tears by 7pm.

The meeting that goes nowhere. Everyone cares, everyone nods, and the term rolls on the same as before.

The Year 7 reality. The structure fell away, six subjects landed at once, and everyone’s tired.

The constant worry that your child might hate high school and refuse to go.  And not sure where the best place to start helping.

If that is your kitchen table right now: I get it, professionally and personally. You’ve read the posts and saved the reels. What you haven’t had is someone sit down with you, look at your child’s actual picture, and build the plan with you. That is what this is.

Who this is for

Parents and carers of ADHD kids of any gender, from around Year 4 through the high school years. My special interest, and most of my caseload, is ADHD girls, because I was one. No diagnosis needed: diagnosed, waitlisted, or still exploring, you are welcome here.

Sessions are with you, not your child: a deliberate clinical choice, and the full why is in the questions below. Telehealth, Australia-wide: my AHPRA registration and insurance cover Australian practice.

You bring

Your child, your family, what has been tried, and what home can realistically sustain. You are the expert on your child. Sessions are without your child present, so you can say the honest things out loud and be met with understanding, not judgement.

I bring

How ADHD brains work, what the evidence supports, what helps in real classrooms, and years of families who have stood exactly where you are standing.

Together

We build the toolbox with the person who is actually there: you. A therapist gets one hour a week. You get all the others. That is why this works.

Whether that walk is still ahead or they're already in it, your child deserves to feel ready, not just braced.

And you deserve to stop carrying the figuring-out alone. Let’s do the next part together.

We won't be chasing perfect. We'll be building ready, enough.
