Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These terms cover everything ADHD & Her offers: this website, our digital products (courses, tools and screeners), occupational therapy consultations delivered by telehealth, and business mentoring for health professionals. By using the website, booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. ADHD & Her is operated by Shelley L'Green, AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, in Australia.
1. Occupational therapy services
Consultations are delivered by telehealth to parents and carers, and where clinically appropriate the child is the client for record-keeping and health-fund purposes. Services are available to families living in Australia; my AHPRA registration and professional insurance cover Australian practice.
Consultations provide assessment, strategies and support based on the information you share. They are not an emergency or crisis service. If you or your child ever need urgent help, call 000, or contact Lifeline (13 11 14) or Kids Helpline (1800 55 1800). Occupational therapy consultations do not of themselves constitute a diagnostic assessment, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed; recommendations depend on the information available and on strategies being implemented at home and school. Where another kind of support would serve your family better, I will say so and point you in the right direction.
2. Bookings, payment and cancellation
Fees are listed at the time of booking. A deposit is payable when you book an Initial Strategy Session, with the balance charged to your stored card after the session. Screening tools, written summaries, reports and ongoing sessions are charged to your stored card as they are delivered. Card details are stored and processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe, via the Splose practice-management platform); ADHD & Her never sees or stores your card number.
Life with kids is unpredictable, so: you can reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance, may incur a late-cancellation fee of up to 50 per cent of the session fee. Repeated late cancellations may require pre-payment of future sessions.
3. Medicare and private health
Rebates depend entirely on your circumstances, your plan and your fund. Medicare rebates generally do not apply to parent-only consultations. Private health rebates for occupational therapy depend on your level of cover; itemised invoices are provided for you to claim. Please check with your fund or Medicare before booking if a rebate matters to your decision.
4. Business mentoring for health professionals
Business mentoring is a coaching and consulting service. It is not a regulated health service, it does not create a therapeutic or clinical supervision relationship, and it is not financial, legal or accounting advice. Mentoring shares my experience building a digital health business; your results depend on your circumstances, your market and your implementation, and no income or business outcome is guaranteed. Mentoring sessions are paid in full at booking and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Testimonials relating to mentoring reflect the individual experiences of the people who gave them.
5. Courses, tools and digital products
When you purchase a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for use within your own family (or, for practitioner resources, your own practice). Sharing logins, distributing files, republishing, adapting or reselling any part of a product is not permitted. All content, including course videos, workbooks, printables and the wording of our screening tools, remains the intellectual property of ADHD & Her.
Our digital products, including the High School Readiness Screener, are educational resources. They are not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and they are not a substitute for individualised advice from your child's GP, paediatrician or treating team. Every child and family is different, and results from applying any strategy will vary.
6. Refunds
Please choose carefully: change-of-mind refunds are not offered on digital products once access has been granted, because the content is delivered immediately in full. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what it reasonably should, contact us at support@adhdandher.com.au and we will make it right, including repair, replacement or refund where the law requires.
7. Website content
Content on this website, on our social media and in our emails is general education only. Reading it, following us, or emailing us does not create a therapeutic relationship or constitute individualised advice. Links to third-party websites and resources are provided in good faith but are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for their content.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ADHD & Her's liability for any claim arising from a service or product is limited to resupplying the service or product, or refunding the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies at the time you use the website or purchase a service. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory in which ADHD & Her practises.
